Jerry HarrisonKeyboards and guitar player on Talking Heads

Jerry Harrison was born on 21 February 1949 in Milwaukee. Before he entered in Talking Heads, Jerry formed part of many other bands. When he was at High School, he was in The Walkers; later he went to Harvard to study architecture, and there he founded Albatross en 1967. In 1971 he plays in The Modern Lovers.

Jerry wasn't in Talking Heads since its foundation, but he joined the group before the first album was recorded, playing keyboards and guitar.

After the dissapearance of Talking Heads, Jerry Harrison recorded several solo works, and he also recorded an album with Tina and Chris as The Heads.
